Job Description

The Channels and Key Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Key responsibilities include managing the client portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Primary role is account management within the various applicable channels/sector and strong communication skills to influence and drive business results.

This role will also be responsible for new business opportunities and partnerships for the brands under the Beauty and Wellness Division.
