About the Role

Job Description:

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager you'll create and implement CRM campaigns for our games. You'll work closely with Game and Publishing teams to design, execute, and optimize email and push notification campaigns that improve player outcomes. Partnering with insights and data, you'll also create measurement approaches and evaluate the impact of our campaigns. You will report to the CRM lead.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, QA, and manage the delivery of email marketing campaigns that deepen player engagement and retention

  • Manage journeys, segments, and personalized communications across email and mobile push notifications

  • Collaborate independently with marketing and product teams to plan, design, and report back on CRM campaigns

  • Work with agency partners and in house producers on creative, localization, and QA
