Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute change management activities aligned to program objectives and timelines.
  • Identify and assess organizational impacts across people, process, and roles.
  • Develop and deliver stakeholder communication plans to support awareness and buy in.
  • Coordinate training and enablement activities to prepare users for new ways of working.
  • Track change readiness, adoption risks, and resistance, proposing mitigation actions.
  • Support business readiness, cutover, and go live adoption activities.
  • Act as liaison between business teams and delivery teams on change related matters.
  • Support post go live adoption monitoring and stabilization.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in Change Management.
