About the Role

Overview: Support business analysis and program enablement / change management needs for an IT program migrating business teams to a new enterprise content management platform. You’ll help shape the onboarding approach for a new team, then support enablement and change management as this project and its parent project scale.
Key responsibilities & deliverables:
Plan and facilitate discovery with business teams and the vendor (interviews/workshops)
Document current state processes (practical L/L and flow diagrams), roles, and handoffs; identify pain points and risks
Translate needs into clear requirements and process documentation (, approvals, boundaries of responsibility, reporting/dashboard needs, integrations)
Partner with the vendor to validate feasibility and shape configuration/onboarding recommendations; map requirements and pain points to platform capabilities
