Change Analyst (Valencia)

Role Overview

You’ll work within a dedicated PRE Environment Governance and Change Management function responsible for maintaining operational stability, governance, and controlled change execution across PRE environments supporting the Sparrow programme. This role combines technical change coordination, environment governance, deployment oversight, CAB facilitation, and operational risk management across complex enterprise technology platforms. You’ll work closely with infrastructure, application, testing, support, and programme teams to ensure all PRE activities are planned, governed, communicated, and executed safely within controlled operational windows.
