Summary Incumbent is responsible for enforcing the rules and decorum of the House. Incumbent controls Chamber access and ensures that emergencies and security violations are discovered and reported. Incumbent supports the United States Capitol Police with emergency protocol, Member and staff-led Floor tours and high-profile events in the House Chamber.
