About the role

As the Product Owner for Business AI and Agentic AI initiatives within Corporate Process and Information Technology (CPIT) for People & Culture, you will serve as the primary bridge between People & Culture business process experts and engineering teams in the CPIT AI Incubation group. Your work involves shaping the AI roadmap, translating business needs into user stories and technical specifications, prioritizing work, coordinating cross‑functional delivery, establishing governance and ethical guardrails, driving adoption, and measuring impact.
