13-week contract starting June 1, 2026 with extension options Four 10-hour shifts per week or three 12-13 hour shifts each week plus one rotating Saturday per month No call requirements - requires weekly availability with preference not to rotate weeks on/weeks off Practice locations include main OR, outpatient surgery center, and endoscopy center with option to practice at any location Patient population ranges from age 13 to end of life All CRNA scope of practice except open heart/thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, and peripheral nerve blocks Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings Must have valid ACLS and BLS certifications completed through AHA Minimum 2 years experience required, preferably wit...
