ANCC Magnet designated UPMC Passavant is currently hiring a Full-Time Lead Surgical Technologist to support our Operating Room at the McCandless location. The OR at Passavant is an exciting and fast paced environment where learning never stops! Salary will be determined based upon experience.

Shift Details:

+ Monday - Friday
+ Daylight & evening
+ On call 1 holiday per year

We are currently offering a generous sign-on bonus for all full-time Surgical Technologist positions! The amount is dependent upon your years of Surgical Technology experience. Sign-on bonus details:

+ 0-1 years of experience: 2-year commitment $10,000; 3-year commitment $12,000
+ 1-2 years of experience: 2-year commitment $12,000; 3-year commitment $17,000
+ 2+ years of experience: 2-year commitment $15,000; 3-year commitment $25,000
