About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Conduct administrative and operational tasks of the centre

  • Liaise with customers and respond promptly to queries

  • Resolve any customer grievances in a courteous and professional manner

  • Assist with customer payments and maintain accurate files for auditing

  • Assist with administrating annual leave with all centre staff

  • Assist with performance reviews and student promotions

  • Relay information regarding student enrolment quotas, student assessments and withdrawing students to HQ Regulate petty cash at centres

  • Work towards company targets and to maximise student retention

  • Safeguarding of student welfare

  • Ensure the centres are maintained to high standard of cleanliness

  • Helping the team to keep classrooms well stocked with required materials and stationery

  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties
