Job Description

 The ideal candidate will be confident using Excel, knowledgeable about UK Right to Work requirements, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks independently and with exceptional accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and manage multiple Excel trackers to support vetting workflows.
Check, verify, and process documentation for DBS, IID, licensing, and compliance checks.
Transfer data accurately into vetting systems, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
Manage the Experian Right to Work portal and app, including access, monitoring, and compliance.
Follow up on time-limited Right to Work checks and support Managers with related queries.
