About the Role

 Job Description 
Central Equipment Associate, reporting to the Manager, Biomedical Engineering and Central Equipment, are responsible for the movement of equipment throughout the Mackenzie Health Facilities. This will include collecting equipment requiring preventative or corrective maintenance and relocating equipment and other items to support clinical care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain all shared equipment within the central equipment portfolio.
Ensures the equipment storage area is well maintained and organized.
Record and perform all standard duties during designated times (. Irretrievable specimen pick-up/delivery; oxygen tanks distributions, slings, soiled hardware .
Receive, record, and perform ad. hoc. work order requests (. RTLS tagging, troubleshooting, IV pump replenishment, bed deliveries .
