About the Role

Talent Acquisition :

  • Tracking Open positions, TATs, Ageing maintaining MIS, publishing weekly Dashboards
  • Identifying the right source to hire for the right requirement
  • Maintaining a balance between internal sourcing through portals, referrals as well as consultants.
  • Weekly connects with all Stakeholders to share updates, give and get inputs for ensuring better outcomes
  • Vendor Management – Negotiating Rates with consultancies, Identifying the right consultant for the relevant openings, contract creation, addendums, renewals, by liasioning with legal team.
  • Liasioning with Marketing team for Linked In creatives and TA strategies
  • Using Internal HRMS platforms to streamline the end to end hiring process
