CDU Production Manager

An exciting career opportunity exists at Medipost Pharmacy WC CDU for a Production Manager reporting to the Lead Executive: Public Sector & NHI. This position is based in Parow, Western Cape.

Primary purpose of the job

To ensure the CDU Production Department operates effectively and efficiently within Service Level Agreements to guarantee smooth, compliant production. Plan and organise production schedules for all departments/workstreams to meet deadlines while optimising available resources.

Operations

• Identify and manage production risks or bottlenecks and put remedial measures.
• Analyse constraints within the department’s productivity and define possible system/operational and process changes.
• Ensure the correct management of consumable quantities and budget within the Production Area.
