About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CCM Developer / Precisely Doc1 Consultant to support enterprise customer communication management solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience with Precisely Doc1 and/or EngageOne
  • Experience with Pitney Bowes CCM tools
  • Knowledge of Thunderhead / Smart Communications
  • Experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer communication templates and document solutions
  • Configure layouts, variables, and personalized communications
  • Support analysis, development, testing, defect fixing, and releases
  • Troubleshoot document generation and data-mapping issues
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders
