Job Summary

The Trade Compliance Team Lead will be responsible to ensure the Free trade compliance requirements and Customs Broker compliance requirements are met for the geographies the CBS Export & Imports is responsible for. These cover compliance in Trade Agreements (Like USMCA), MX, US and Canada Imports compliance processes and others. This lead oversees all import and export compliance procedures relative to supply chains. He or she makes certain that product flow meets integral trade compliance regulations and that if documents like certificates of origins are required, proper back up analysis is executed to support it.
