CATERING COOK

We are looking for an awesome Catering Cook. They are responsible for preparing a range of foods using a variety of equipment.

Specific day-to-day duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for a variety of food preparation including breakfasts, lunches, hors d'oeuvres, dinners and desserts (vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses, sauces, etc.).
  • Produces consistent food quality and portioning.
  • Maintains and organizes inventory (dry goods, coolers, freezers, etc.).
  • Assists other team members to maintain a very clean and sanitary kitchen.
  • Hours vary and some weekend availability is required - but NO NIGHTS.

Other qualities we look for in our Catering Cooks:

  • 1+ years of solid cooking experience that relates directly to the responsibilities listed above. Although culinary school training is not required, it is seen as an asset.
