Catering Assistant – Ivy Lane Primary School

Location: Ivy Lane, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1HE

Contract: Permanent, Part‑time

Salary: £24,796 annually (equivalent to £5,616 per annum)

Hours: 10 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time)

Working pattern: Monday–Friday, 11:15am–1:15pm

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service in the school kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area, tidying during and after lunch service.
• Ensure food hygiene practices are followed in line with Food Standards Agency guidance.
• Support a positive dining experience for pupils and staff.
