Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end category performance, including P&L, sales, and margin growth

Shape and execute category strategy aligned with business and shopper priorities

Identify and unlock growth opportunities across assortment, pricing, and promotions

Lead supplier negotiations and build strong commercial partnerships

Define and optimize SKU strategy and lead new product introductions

Drive promotion strategy, execution, and performance optimization

Use data and insights to guide decisions and improve category outcomes
