• Drive seasonal strategies in line with brand positioning and formulate gross margin plan.
• Develop fine‑tuned assortment and investment plan.
• Create sourcing development plan and execute critical path to deliver timely.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, freight, training, and advertising involvement; decide on purchase orders.
