Casual Food & Beverage Assistant at Chilston Park Hotel, a historic country house hotel in Kent with an award‑winning restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverage service areas to Hand Picked Hotels standards, ensuring high presentation quality.
• Maintain good knowledge of menu items and availability, including main ingredients, allergens and preparation style.
• Offer accurate and enticing product descriptions with recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Work enthusiastically with the team to achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain a basic knowledge of the wine list and stock availability.
