About the Role
Job Description
- Ensuring accuracy of the Store's daily monies collection (include foreign currency note), bank deposits and accuracy of the cash & cashless transaction records
- Responsible to provide training and coaching to the cashier on the POS Machine
- Work closely with the finance team on the month-end closing
- Rotating to schedule on cashier supervisor's duty roster
- Support the cashier if they are unable to resolve cashiering issues by dealing with the issues positively
- Ensure all cashiers have sufficient currencies of various denominations for sales transactions
- Handling petty cash
- Lead by example and excel in customer service & cashiering skill knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communications skills to meet the organisation business objectives and exceed customer's expectations
