Join the dealership team to support front‑office financial transactions for vehicle sales, parts, accessories and service departments. Ensure accurate cash handling, adherence to finance controls, timely reconciliation, and professional customer service in line with company standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process customer payments for vehicle sales, parts, accessories and service invoices using POS systems and company payment procedures.
• Reconcile daily cash drawer, card receipts and remittances; prepare and submit daily cash reports to finance.
• Verify invoices, receipts, pricing and discounts; ensure correct posting to customer accounts and coordinate with sales and service teams on discrepancies.
