• Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Scan and process purchases accurately.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
• Assist customers with inquiries or concerns.
• Balance cash register and report discrepancies.
• Follow store policies and procedures for handling transactions.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
• Experience: Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is a plus.
