Key Responsibilities

Order Taking & Processing

• Accurately enter customer orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Verify order accuracy with customers before processing payment.
• Process various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and vouchers.
• Issue receipts and change to customers.
• Handle special requests and inquiries from customers.

Cash Handling

• Accurately count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize discrepancies.
• Securely store cash and other valuables.
• Report any discrepancies or suspicious activity to the supervisor.
