About the Role

Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator – Senior Living 
Location: Spokane, WA (Multiple Senior Living Facilities) 
Employment Type: Contract (4–6 months, FMLA coverage – maternity leave) 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
Travel: Required within local facilities during shift 


About the Role 
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator to support Senior Living populations during a temporary maternity leave coverage assignment 
.In this role, you will collaborate closely with providers, advanced practice clinicians (APCs), and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care for residents. You will play a key role in care coordination, clinical documentation, patient assessment, and care management, particularly for patients with complex or chronic conditions
