About the Role
Responsibilities Facilitates communication regarding resident treatment process and needs with referral sources and payor. Schedules and facilitates treatment team reviews and documentation. Ensures coordinated, effective resident care including admission, continued stays, and discharge requirement Ensures positive relationships with external and internal customers. Facilitates visits with localities and guardians Understanding of Medicaid documentation Knowledge of ICD 10 and DSM V Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility. Qualifications
