KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Material Selection & Inspection:  Inspecting veneer sheets for quality knots grain and defects; selecting suitable veneers based on design.
• Cutting & Matching:  Precisely cutting veneers aligning grain and matching sheets for seamless patterns
• Application:  Applying veneers to furniture substrates (plywood MDF) using adhesives and pressing equipment.
• Finishing:  Sanding surfaces smooth applying stains oils lacquers or waxes for a flawless final look.
• Machinery Operation:  Operating veneer slicers presses sanders and other woodworking machines.
• Repair & Restoration:  Modifying repairing or restoring existing veneered furniture.
• Quality Control:  Ensuring all work meets design specifications and high-quality standards.
