Maintains and opens locks, repairs damaged locking mechanisms, cuts keys, and changes lock combinations, using tools and specialized equipment. May keep records of company locks and keys, and maintain inventory of necessary locks, key blanks, parts, tools and equipment. Completes work orders according to the customer’s needs while adhering to contractual obligations. Ensures that work orders are completed in a timely manner.
