The Role Here at Fortem Solutions we have a permanent opportunity to join our Fortem team at Cambridge Housing Society as a Carpenter Multi in the Repairs & Maintenance team As a Carpenter Multi you will be responsible for most aspects of property maintenance and repairs to Social Housing Properties, covering Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas, therefore travel essential so you will need a full, UK driving licence The Client Our contract with Cambridge Housing Society is brand new and launching on April 1st. This will be a long term partnership with houses covering the whole of Cambridgeshire, from Wisbech down to Haverhill, although primarily situated in central Cambridge. There are nearly 3,000 properties, mostly houses and flats, and we will be looking after their Repairs, Voids, Cyclical Works and Planned workstreams.
