# Vacancies Caretaker## Job IntroductionWe’re recruiting a Caretaker to join our Estate Services team within Housing Operations at Milton Keynes City Council. The Estate Services team is responsible for the caretaking and cleaning of the Council’s housing stock, focusing on communal areas across more than 500 residential blocks. Our tenants and leaseholders contribute a weekly service charge towards these caretaking and cleaning services, making the quality of this work vital to their daily experience of their homes. You’ll play a key role in keeping our estates clean, safe and well‐maintained, working independently while being part of a supportive and well‐organised team.
