We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life.

Here at Springcare, we believe that good carers have many great qualities that make them excellent at their job.

Daily Responsibilities

• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Shift Patterns

Our care team provide 24‑hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night‑time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Day Shift Contracts

• 8am until 8pm
• 8am until 2pm
• 2pm until 8pm

Night Shift Contracts

• 8pm until 8am
