About the Role

  • Full time shifts: 8:30am - 8:00pm, 4 on 4 off 
  • Part time shifts: Various shifts between the hours of 10:00am - 8:00pm, ranging from 16 -30 hours per week 
  • Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour 
  • Location: McCarthy House, Ringwood, BH24 3FA

    What you’ll be doing as a Call Operator

    Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.

  • Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform
  • Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents
