About the role: Careers and Employability Tutor

Activate Learning are now looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Careers and Employability Tutor to join our team in Oxford.

The primary responsibility is to implement our career readiness and employability framework curriculum for groups of students, developing their employability skills and preparing them for work experience placements aligned with their career aspirations and supporting their progression.

The role involves engaging with employers to secure diverse placement opportunities for the students including managing the work experience process through the Grofar placement system. You will also act as the tutor for your assigned students, overseeing their progress reviews and collaborating with other tutors to support their learning journey.
