We’re looking for a Certified Career Practitioner (CCP) registered with Workforce Singapore to guide professionals through career planning, growth, and transitions in our Polaris programme.

Through outcome focused career guidance services, our Polaris coaches help equip clients with the skills, confidence and tools they need to take charge of their career.

As a Career Coaching & Guidance Specialist, you’ll:

• Deliver high-impact one-on-one coaching (face to face & virtual).
• Guide a diverse case load of clients through career progression, transitions or upskilling.
• Create tailored career development plans using diagnostic and career assessment tools.
• Stay connected post-programme to ensure the implementation of client’s career development.
