    Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Moonah Park Aged Care in Mitchelton, a 98‑bed residential Aged Care service offering respite, dementia, palliative and pastoral care supported by a compassionate team. 

    As our Clinical Care Coordinator you will provide advanced clinical support, leadership and coordination of care for residents with complex needs.
