The Care Assistant role offers homecare services to all our customers ranging from Health & Wellbeing activities, housekeeping, personal care, to companionship.

The Care Assistants need to effectively maintain Mayfield's objective to deliver high quality, compassionate care that is compliant to CQC requirements and facilitates re-enablement and support by showing Understanding, Empathy, Respect and Warmth to our customers.

What will I do?

• Visiting village & community customers daily, following their personal care plan which will include providing personal care and supporting them with day-to-day tasks. These could include getting in and out of bed, washing and bathing, help with dressing, assisting mealtimes and preparing drinks, preparing ...
