About the role

As a Care Assistant at Cliveden Manor Care Home, you will deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Job responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents (weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infection) and raise any identified risks promptly.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting residents' dignity and individuality.
• Practice safe systems of work across all tasks.
