Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner

You Can Expect
​​5 days a week – 7am – 3pm most days
Position duties include a heavy inpatient, ½ day outpatient per week
2 Surgeons and 3 APPs
Night Call 1:3 to 1:4
Participate in weekend & holiday rotation 1:3 to 1:4
Training on the job
Set OR blocks
Rounding on patients

Candidates must possess national certification as a PA and Virginia licensure (or willing to obtain) and an active DEA. Must embrace a team-oriented approach and have a strong desire to make a difference in the community.
