 Monday - Thursday: 8am-6pm 
 3 weeks per month 
 On-Call: 4p - 8a (as needed) 
 WILL BE FLOATING BETWEEN THESE 2 FACILITIES 
 Location: Outpatient clinic and Supervision of Stress Tests 
 NY License Required 
 EMR: EPIC
