Job Description
- Lead and coordinate the waitstaff to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior waitstaff to enhance team performance.
- Manage reservations and ensure proper table settings and service flow.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area.
- With at least 3 years work experience under the same capacity preferable in hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
- Had lead or supervised an F&B Team.
- Experienced in handling restaurant and bar operations including corporate functions.
- Knowledgeable in handling guest engagement, conversant and resolving complaints.
- Can create food and beverage promotions.
- With skills in preparing reports.
- College graduate preferable in Hotel and Restaurant Management....
