About the Role

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate the waitstaff to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior waitstaff to enhance team performance.
  • Manage reservations and ensure proper table settings and service flow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area.
  • With at least 3 years work experience under the same capacity preferable in hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Had lead or supervised an F&B Team.
  • Experienced in handling restaurant and bar operations including corporate functions.
  • Knowledgeable in handling guest engagement, conversant and resolving complaints.
  • Can create food and beverage promotions.
  • With skills in preparing reports.
  • College graduate preferable in Hotel and Restaurant Management....
