Cantonese QA Team Lead — Drive Quality & Coaching

Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated Quality Team Lead in Malaysia to oversee the quality assurance process within our BPO operations. You will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, driving compliance with quality standards, and mentoring a team of Quality Analysts. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree or diploma, be fluent in Cantonese and English, and have 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
