We are seeking a motivated Candidate Attorney to join a busy civil litigation practice in Meyersdal, Alberton. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent LLB graduate to serve their articles in a dynamic, hands-on litigation environment and build a strong foundation for their legal career.

Responsibilties  

• Attend court appearances and consultations with clients and counsel


• Prepare trial bundles, court files, and briefing notes for counsel


• Conduct legal research across a range of civil litigation matters


• Draft and prepare applications, action-related pleadings, and notices


• Liaise professionally with clients, advocates, correspondents, sheriffs, and opposing attorneys


• Ensure compliance with court rules, practice directives, and litigation timelines
