About the Role
**Campus Security Officer**
Wage: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
The Security Officer will be on call to cover open shifts and will not have a set schedule. Work hours will vary based on operational needs, ranging 8–40 hours per week. This position will primarily cover 2nd and 3rd shifts.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide security coverage for open shifts as needed
+ Conduct interior and exterior patrols, walking up to 3 miles per day
+ Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused presence
+ Complete written reports and utilize computer systems accurately and timely
**Qualifications:**
+ Must be at least 21 years old.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of security experience, or prior experience in law enforcement, corrections, or the military
