Key Responsibilities

Campus Leadership & Operations
  • Lead all day-to-day campus operations, ensuring effective coordination across training, learner support, administration, compliance, facilities, and operational functions.
  • Implement and continuously improve operational systems, controls, reporting structures, and processes.
  • Manage campus facilities, workshops, classrooms, equipment, and learning resources to ensure training readiness.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance and audit readiness across all campus activities.

Compliance, Quality Assurance & Accreditation
  • Ensure full compliance with QCTO, SETA, NAMB, DHET, accreditation, assessment centre, and Quality Management System requirements.
