Campus Ambassador - Community Manager

The Country Wide Community Manager will lead the growth, structure, and expansion of the Youth:Ink Campus Community Ambassador (CCA) network across India.

This is a leadership-heavy role for someone who deeply understands Gen Z and Gen Alpha behaviour, youth communities, campus culture, internet culture, and offline engagement ecosystems.

The ideal candidate should be able to build communities at scale, mentor teams, execute large-format campus programs, and create systems that make the Youth:Ink CCA ecosystem aspirational, engaging, and culture-first.

This role will directly lead cluster managers across regions and work closely with senior leadership to drive nationwide growth and engagement.
