About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Campaign Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our Ward 4 city councillor campaign. This is a full-time volunteer + honourarium contract position running from July 15, 2026 through November 1, 2026 , working closely with the candidate and campaign leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure to complex, people-focused work. You'll oversee campaign operations, coordinate volunteers and staff, manage schedules and logistics, and help keep the campaign running smoothly until election day.
