Role Purpose
Translate marketing and portfolio strategy into actionable, high-impact campaigns designed to achieve the growth and revenue goals of the Organisation.
Deliver omnichannel campaigns that connect growers, channel partners, and the Syngenta brand.
Enhance and communicate Syngenta Integrated Solutions value proposition through unique marketing strategies.
Accountabilities
Develop and manage annual campaign plans aligned with portfolio priorities and sales targets.
Translate strategic direction into activation plans for launches, seasonal drives, and awareness campaigns.
Drive integrated execution across digital, PR, events, media, and in-field activities.
Work closely with the Sales and Agronomy teams to:
Align marketing and sales activities at area level.
Plan and support Farmer Days, demonstration plots, and local engagement events.
Co-develop strategic area plans and calendars that reflect regional market needs.
