Campaign Associate

Supports Campaign & Marketing Managers in multiple regions with email campaigns using either a straightforward approach or a holistic approach depending on the needs of the business. Handles the creation and activation of assets in Eloqua. Monitors the overall campaign performance to provide insights to business partners and to continuously improve customer experience. Helps build an optimized email campaign journey for customers and achieve targets through technical expertise and application of best practices.


Accountabilities:
+ Create email customer journey and manage end-to-end email campaign support
+ Build and ensure timely activation of prescribed campaign canvases in Eloqua based on customer lifecycles
+ Create standard emails in Eloqua using prescribed templates and content provided by the show teams
+ Perform internal testing and quality check to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelines
