Camp Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of labor accommodation camps.
• Manage workforce accommodation allocation, occupancy records, and room assignments.
• Ensure camps are clean, safe, and well‑maintained at all times.
• Coordinate employee welfare activities and address accommodation‑related concerns.
• Monitor camp discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate transportation and workforce movement between camp and project sites.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to camp operations.
• Liaise with HR, Administration, Site Management, and external service providers.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
• Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
